Quick Help / FAQ

How do I move a snake?

Hold the snake’s head or tail and drag it along open paths into the matching color hole.

Why can’t I enter the hole?

Make sure the hole is the same color as the snake, unlocked, and that the path is not blocked by obstacles or other snakes.

What do boosters do?

• Stop Timer — freezes the countdown for a short time
• Star — shrinks a snake by one segment
• Hammer — breaks an obstacle block
• Hole — sends a snake toward its hole

I lost my progress. Can you restore it?

Progress is saved on your device. If the App was deleted or app data was cleared, progress may be lost. Email us with details and we will help where possible.

The game is lagging or crashing.

Try force-closing the App, restarting your device, and updating to the latest iOS version. If it continues, send us your device details.
